Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the B&L Real Estate Employee mobile application (the "App") operated by B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "us", "we", or "our").

This App is designed exclusively for authorized employees, agents, and channel partners of B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1. Authorized Use

The App is a proprietary workforce management tool restricted to:

• Employees of B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.
• Authorized real estate agents working with the Company.
• Registered Channel Partners with valid credentials.

Unauthorized use of the App is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. App Features & Functionality

The App provides the following features for authorized users:

• Attendance Management: One-tap clock in/out with GPS-based location verification and background location tracking.
• Lead Management: Create, view, track, and update property leads with status indicators (Hot, Warm, Cold).
• Task Management: Receive, manage, and complete assigned tasks with priority tracking.
• Dashboard & Reporting: Real-time performance overview with weekly/monthly graphical reports.
• Channel Partner Module: Lead submission, commission tracking, and performance monitoring for registered channel partners.
• Communication: Quick-action features including call and email integration for lead follow-ups.

3. Account & Authentication

• Access to the App requires role-based authentication using your registered mobile number and OTP verification.
• Your login credentials are personal and non-transferaB&Le.
• You are responsiB&Le for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.
• The Company reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice, particularly upon termination of employment or partnership.

4. Location Tracking & Attendance

By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• The App uses GPS/Location Services to record your clock-in and clock-out locations for attendance verification.
• The App utilizes a Background Location Service that may continue to track your location even when the App is not actively open, for the purpose of attendance tracking during work hours.
• Location data is collected only during active work hours (between clock-in and clock-out).
• You may disaB&Le background location access through your device settings, but this may affect attendance functionality.
• Location data is transmitted securely and stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Employee OB&Ligations

As an authorized user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App solely for legitimate business purposes related to your role.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all lead entries, task updates, and reports.
• Not manipulate, spoof, or falsify GPS location data for attendance purposes.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and applicaB&Le laws while using the App.
• Report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or security issues to the Company immediately.

6. Channel Partner Terms

If you are accessing the App as a Channel Partner, the following additional terms apply:

• You must be a registered Channel Partner with valid credentials issued by the Company.
• Lead submissions must be genuine and not duplicated from other sources.
• Commission calculations and payouts are subject to the Company's commission policy and are displayed for informational purposes within the App.
• The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.
• Channel Partner access may be revoked if leads are found to be fraudulent or misleading.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, features, logos, and all related content, is the exclusive property of B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.
• All data entered into the App (leads, tasks, reports, attendance records) is considered Company property.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferaB&Le, revocaB&Le license to use the App solely for its intended business purpose.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Data Ownership

• All leads, customer data, task records, attendance logs, and performance metrics entered or generated through the App are the property of B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.
• Upon termination of your employment or partnership, you must cease using the App, and all Company data must be returned or surrendered.
• You may not export, download, or retain any Company data obtained through the App for personal use.

9. Push Notifications

The App sends push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for:

• New task assignments.
• Lead updates and status changes.
• Attendance reminders.
• Company announcements and updates.

These notifications are essential for your role and cannot be selectively disaB&Led within the App. You may manage notification settings through your device's system settings.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase: Authentication, push notifications, and cloud services.
• Google Maps: For location display and attendance verification.
• Geolocator: For GPS-based location tracking.
• Dio HTTP Client: For secure API communication.

We are not responsiB&Le for the practices of these third-party services. Please refer to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILAB&LE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability of the App.
• That the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected in a timely manner.
• The accuracy of GPS data or location tracking features.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicaB&Le law, B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liaB&Le for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Inaccuracies in GPS location or attendance data.
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures.

13. Termination

• The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: termination of employment, violation of these Terms, or breach of Company policies.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
• Sections related to Intellectual Property, Data Ownership, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive termination.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B&L Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any false or fraudulent data entered by you.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceaB&Le, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via push notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
