BL Real Estate ("we", "our", or "us") operates the BL Real Estate Channel Partner mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies (2026) and applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This App is intended only for registered Channel Partners aged 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal data from individuals under 18. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the App:

Personal Information

• Name
• Mobile Number (for OTP login)
• Email Address
• Address, City, State

Business & Usage Data

• Client lead details submitted by you (name, phone, address, meeting date)
• Property hold request details

Device & Technical Data

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token
• Crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Precise location (GPS)
• Contacts or call logs
• Financial data (bank account, credit/debit cards, UPI)
• Biometric data
• Browsing history
• SMS or call data

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate users via OTP login
• Maintain your profile and account
• Allow submission and management of client leads
• Process property hold requests
• Provide dashboards, commissions, and performance tracking
• Send push notifications (tasks, leads, updates)
• Improve app performance and fix crashes

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

• Contractual necessity — to provide services to channel partners
• User consent — when submitting data or documents
• Legitimate interest — to manage operations and prevent fraud

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging) — push notifications
• Google Firebase (Crashlytics) — crash reporting

These providers act as data processors and do not use your data for advertising.

7. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or rent your personal data.

Data is shared only with:

• BL Real Estate internal admin systems
• Firebase (for notifications and crash reporting)

We implement strong security measures:

• Data transmitted using HTTPS encryption
• OTP-based authentication (no password storage)
• Secure token storage (Android Keystore)
• Restricted internal access to sensitive data

9. Data Retention

• Data is retained while your account is active
• You may request deletion at any time
• Data is deleted within 7 business days upon verified request

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent
• Disable notifications via device settings

11. Push Notifications

We send notifications for:

• Lead updates
• Task reminders
• Commission updates
• Property hold status

You can disable notifications anytime in device settings.

12. Permissions Used

We do NOT request access to location, contacts, microphone, or SMS.

13. Data Deletion Request

To delete your data:

1. Email us with subject: "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your registered mobile number

Your data will be deleted within 7 business days.

14. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of children under 18. Any such data will be deleted immediately upon discovery.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website with a revised date.

17. Governing Law
